At-Home Fitness and Wellness

With many of our personal and work lives now happening in the comfort of our homes, it may be easy to become unmotivated, especially when it comes to our health and fitness goals. Though we're spending more time indoors, it doesn't mean we can't stay active! As we're striving to strengthen our mind, it's also just as important to exercise our body.

From socially distanced classes to virtual wellness workshops, FP Movement by Free People is offering so many ways to connect with others and stay physically active. The classes include yoga flow, barre HIIT, dance cardio, and so much more, so you'll definitely be able to find one that you enjoy. The classes are free to join, so grab your mat and get moving!

Taking care of our body means not only being physically active, but also being mindful of what we eat. Here's one of our favorite recipes that's so easy to make and also delicious!


Bell Peppers, halved and hallowed

1/2 lb Ground Turkey (protein of choice, or can omit)

Cooked Brown Rice





Salt & Pepper

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375° F. Dice half of an onion, 2 cloves of garlic and tomato.

Step 2

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until until it starts to brown, 3 - 4 minutes. Add in the diced ingredients and the rice and cook until turkey is golden brown, 4 more minutes. Season with salt, garlic and oregano.

Step 3

Scoop mixture into the hallowed bell peppers. Place into oven and bake for 30 minute, or until peppers are tender. Enjoy!
