Gardens at Huntington Library
The historic library features one of the most beautiful gardens in all of the Los Angeles region. It features over 207 acres of gardens, which are divided into a variety of themes, such as the Japanese Garden, the Shakespeare Garden and the Children’s Garden. After walking through the botanical gardens, visit the main library, which is home to notable art collections.
Visit the Venice Canals located right off of 25th street in Venice Beach for a quiet and picturesque stroll on a summer day. Along both sides of the canals, you’ll find colorful homes lined with small docks and canoes. After your stroll, head to the nearby Abbot Kinney road for a mile long strip of food and art!
